February 2011: Henk Smit - Chocolate: Sex and sin, or senseless sensationalism

In February Dr Henk Smit spoke about chocolate and did some myth busting on people's preconceived ideas on what really tempts us about chocolate. It was a very interactive SciBar with lots of questions throughout, which made it a very enjoyable event!  Thanks to all who came and we hope to see you at another SciBar soon.
