Prof. Peter Atkins was the speaker at our scibar on Thursday 15th and he spoke to a full house about topics from his new book, "On Being". He discussed some of the greatest - and most controversial - questions surrounding our existence. Can the scientific method tell us anything of value about birth, death, the origin of reality--and its end? Or are these questions best left to faith?
